Our People
The People Behind WAT.
Our movement brings together women and men from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and professions, united by a shared intuition: humans feel better when they walk and reconnect with themselves, with others, and with the world around them.

WAT Brings Us Together
We share a love for walking in all its forms; an interest in mental wellbeing and human connection; curiosity, reflection, and meaningful conversations; a belief that simple practices can create profound impact.
Our backgrounds include psychology and neuroscience; outdoor activities and mindfulness; coaching and facilitation; healthcare and social work; entrepreneurship, education, and community building. Some of us are professionals, some are simply passionate walkers. All are part of the movement.
