We know it can be more than that. This is confirmed by research, but too few opportunities to walk for mental wellbeing exist around the world.

WAT was born to spread this simple idea: Walking together helps us think more clearly, feel better, and connect.
And the best way to spread this idea? Not through theory. Through people, in real places, walking together.
